Mr Onajite Okoloko

Chairman

Onajite is the Chairman of Energy Link Infrastructure Limited, along with being Chairman of Eroton Exploration & Production Company Limited and of Midwestern Oil and Gas Plc respectively. He is a founding partner of the Ocean & Oil/Oando Group and a former member of the Board of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.

Onajite is the Group Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director of Notore Chemical Industries Plc, the only producer of Urea Fertiliser in Sub-Saharan Africa, including South Africa. In 2005, he assembled a team of investors to acquire the assets of the former National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria (NAFCON) and is a core investor in the consortium that includes Emerging Market Partners, a major private equity firm out of Washington, DC, U.S.A and Egyptian Fertiliser Company, now owned by the Orascom Group. He later successfully completed the largest single loan syndication of Nigerian banks at that time, when Notore raised $222 million amongst 7 Nigerian financial institutions.

Prior to his return to Nigeria in 1994, Onajite worked in corporate America and has over 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and business development. He was appointed a member of Nigeria’s Presidential Committee on Oil and Gas in 2004 as the sole representative of the private sector. This committee was instrumental in developing the current oil and gas policy for the country. He is an active member of the Nigerian Economic Summit (Policy Formulation) Group. He is also a member of the National Technical Working Group of the Nigeria Vision 2020 and is a member of Nigeria’s President’s Agricultural Transformation Implementation Council, which was inaugurated in May 2012. Most recently, Onajite was appointed as an inaugural member of the Human Capital and Innovation Capacity Building Working Group of the National Competitiveness Council of Nigeria in 2014.

Mr Adekolapo Ademola

Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Kolapo is a marketing and business strategy specialist with over 30 years’ experience. A Business Management graduate from the University of Jos, Nigeria; with certifications from the Oxford Institute of Retail Management, Templeton College, Oxford, UK and the Direct Marketing Association, New York, USA. Kolapo’s extensive consulting experience across multiple industry sectors is added to his 17+ years of involvement in the Nigerian oil and gas sector

With practical experience in strategic negotiations, team-building, leadership, motivation and business communication, he is also the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer (founder/promoter) of Loyalty Solutions Limited; the only specialist loyalty marketing consultancy in Nigeria providing management services in the design, development and operations of Customer Loyalty & Incentive Programmes

Mr Blessing Ayemhere

Non-Executive Director

Blessing Ayemhere is an astute professional and business executive with more than 20years of accomplished experience. He has experience in business consulting, assurance services, financial services, and business strategy. He worked at various times with Grant Thornton International (Then, Spiropoulos, Adiele, Okpara & Co.), WSTC Financial Services Limited, and South Atlantic Petroleum Limited, in partnership with Total Upstream, Petrobras and CNOOC. He was the CFO and General Manager, Commercial at Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Limited; a position he held until May 2018 when He was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Umugini Pipeline Infrastructure Limited (a subsidiary of Midwestern Oil and Gas Company Limited).

Blessing holds a BSc in Banking & Finance from the University of Benin, MBA from Lagos State University, and MSc Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Scotland. He is an Alumnus of the Harvard Business School (AMP) and Lagos Business School ( CEP). Blessing is also a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigeria (CITN).

Mr Georgios Fragkistas

Non-Executive Director

George is the Managing Director at World Carrier Corporation, an integrated offshore services provider to the oil industry. Built on two generations of marine expertise, since 1980 World Carrier Corporation have operated a diverse fleet (Tankers of every size with bulk carriers, general cargo vessels as well as tugs and other offshore support vessels) either as third party tonnage under management or in house management of vessels acquired as long-term investments.

Mr Joel Price

Non-Executive Director

Joel is a petroleum engineer with 25 years’ experience, having worked across well operations, reservoir engineering, production optimisation, asset management and business development. He was instrumental in the drilling and hydraulic fracturing of the first multi-fracked horizontal wells in Poland. Joel was previously in various technical roles with Hess in the UK and Algeria, including extensive well workover and field rehabilitation, followed by 3 years as Business Development Manager at Delta Hydrocarbons BV in The Netherlands (evaluating opportunities worldwide). He holds a BA Hons. in Natural Sciences (Geology) from Cambridge University, an MEng in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, and an MBA with distinction from Durham University.

Mr Nikos Zarakovitis

Nikos is the Corporate Finance & Commercial Manager at World Carrier Corporation, an integrated offshore services provider to the oil industry. Mrs Salma Alli-Okoloko

Non-Executive Director

Salma is the Owner/CEO of Tectonic Oil Tools, a fully indigenous Oilfield Service Company specializing in Well Completions and Intervention operations. Salma has had successful experience in providing fiscal, technical, strategic, safe, regulatory compliance, operations with P&L leadership in high growth M&A environments. She utilizes analysis, insight, and team approach to drive organizational improvements, developing new business culture, implementing lean work processes and delivering results.

Mr Ugo Okafor

Non-Executive Director

Ugo Okafor: Ugo is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School with specializations in Corporate and Commercial Law. Ugo obtained a law degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law. He attended the University of Nigeria where he was awarded an LLB degree after which he was awarded a BL (Barrister at Law) at the Nigerian Law School. Ugo also obtained a Certificate in Financial Modeling and Petroleum Project Economics at IHRDC (International Human Resources Development Corporation).

He began his career with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA); and thereafter was with Foundation Trust, Lagos. Ugo currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer at SunTrust Oil Company Nigeria Limited
